Sorry for the inconvenience, folks.  We've been down since sometime Saturday.  Our website host changed servers over the weekend and we had to make a few modifications to get the site back up and running.  If you're having any sort of trouble with the site, please let me or Michael know so we can get it corrected.  If you've posted anything since Saturday, please post again to make sure that it gets through.

We will also be working to restore the pictures and correct any other issues found after the move.  Please be patient.

Thank you.

I think I have SUCCESS!!

All of the pictures/albums in the media section seem to be recovered.  All the various directory paths are updated and system access capabilities seem functional again.

Drop us a note if you find anything still not working quite right and we'll look into it.

I did a little more research after getting the forum working on the new server.

Unfortunately, we are likely to have lost some posts.  The new server was up on about Jan 19.  We seem to have all posts before that date intact.  The posts in between then and this past weekend unfortunately seem to have been to the old server.  We will look into whether those can be extracted from the old server and added under the new server.

I suspect we may not be able to recover those posts.  For that, you have my most humble apologies.  If you can recall what you may have posted and can post it again, please do so.

We (you primary admin staff) are not server specialists.  We have learned valuable lessons from this experience and should be able to do a better job if there is a next time.

Again, my apologies for lost posts and our deepest thanks for being patient.

John (and everyone else on list), do you know if it's possible to have the forum supply the body of responses to the  topics I'm watching?   I can usually  drop into email during the day at work but I suspect the forum might raise a few eyebrows.

Cheers,

Jim
