A few Notes about the site
«

Welcome to our new site. Here are a few "Notes & Reminders" about using the site.
The media gallery has some limits:
- Max single file size is 1024 Kb
- Max upload size (single or mass upload) is 2Mb
- Max number of files per album is 150
The forum is set to automatically re-size pictures in posts to 250x250 pixels. This does not change the size of the source file - only how big the picture displays in posts. (This can be readily changed if there is need/demand.)
Thanks & enjoy,

How to receive email notices of postings to the forum:
A few folks have expressed wanting (nostalgia?) emails from the forum to know when there is activity they may be interested in following.
Receiving emails is quite easy. There are two levels available - board level and topic level.
Board level get you a notification of posts to any topic under that board. Topic level lets you filter at a finer degree to only those topics you wish to follow.
To activate Board level notifications, go to the index level for the particular board desired (example: Events). At the top and bottom of the topic list for that board are some tabs. Select the "Notify" tab and confirm as per the prompt. This gets you an email notice for any activity on that particular board.
The topic level works the same - tabs at the top and bottom of the posts on the particular topic, select the "Notify" tab and confirm. That will get you notices of posts to that topic thread.
Use Topic level to follow very specific discussions. Use Board level to follow particular categories of discussions.
Please be aware - Do Not Reply to the email notices! They are only notifications from the forum system. They are not engines to insert replies into existing or new discussions. For that you must log into the forum and post.
