If you've been wondering about the messages on the home page, a bit of an explanation might be in order. As I'm sure you're aware, use of the forum has dwindled to practically nil. There are only three or four of us who post anything and our postings are few and far between. Our "treasury" is depleted to zero from renewing our website hosting. Matter of fact, I paid for the last hosting renewal out of my own pocket -- just to keep it going -- so it's valid until March of next year. Our domain name is paid through September 2027.
Michael and I have discussed this situation and we both feel that the forum has run its course. There are a number of Mini-related Facebook pages including one, I believe, that uses the Mini Owners of Texas name. Those Facebook pages appear to be where the activity is focused these days. So, it's our intent to leave the forum up through the end of this year and then take it down for good. I have all of the files that we used to create this website way back when. If there should ever be a reason to create a new website, it could be done.
Thank you for your participation in MOT over the years. It will be 25 years old on May 9th of this year!
Keep those Minis and MINIs on the road.
John

Hi John,
Sorry to hear we're at the end here... but it has been pretty quiet lately. :-(
I'm trying to get the Cooper ambulatory in time for ABCDE in May, it'll be interesting to see how many cars show up this year.
Cheers,
Jim, Diana and James (aka Mini-Me)
1963 Awesome Cooper
and a few other toys... ;-)
